California indie rockers Grouplove have achieved great success with their Gold selling singles “Colours” and “Ways To Go” and their Platinum single “Tongue Tied”. On September 9, the outfit will release their highly anticipated studio album Big Mess, and yesterday, they gave fans a taste of the new album with the music video for the cut “Welcome To Your Life”, which was directed by Iouri Philippe Paille.
Pre-orders for Big Mess are live right now over on their webstore. There are a handful of pre-order bundles available, including the Ultimate Big Mess Vinyl Bundle. This $65 bundle includes the Big Mess vinyl, the Electric Shock 7″ vinyl, Big Mess T-shirt, and a Big Mess blanket. All pre-orders will receive a digital download of “Welcome To Your Life”. Big Mess is the follow up to their 2013 studio album Spreading Rumours, which peaked at number five on the Alternative Albums chart and number seven on the Top Rock Albums chart.
This fall, Grouplove will be embarking on the Big Mess World Tour, which will feature support from MUNA and Dilly Dally on select dates. One dollar for every ticket sold on this tour will go towards charity: water, which helps brings clean water around the world through water projects.
